They now ask you what is your sexual orientation in the ‘Equal Opportunities’ section of a job application.
Has anyone else come across this on a job application recently? What are your thoughts on it? And what are your thoughts on the ‘Equal Opportunity’ questions as a whole?
This particular application was for a teaching job in a primary school.

Just a theory to add to the many. I do however enjoy the idea of him being Frankenstein. (Not Frankenstein’s monster, Frankenstein the doctor/creator, I know a lot of people get the two mixed up).
